Job Description

SECTION I: JOB PURPOSE

·        Technical support for SAP system

·        Handling external software providers for SAP changes and implementations as per business requirement.

·        Preparation of technical design documents for ABAP developments.

·        Analysis of issues across SD, MM, Logistics and FI modules.

·        Requirement gathering from end users

SECTION II: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

·        Diligently handling module Enhancement activities to the existing Application; accountable for Testing and development of the application as per the requirement analysis.

·        Involve in Requirement Analysis, preparation of the technical design and Development and Implementation.

·        Responsible for Support and delivery activities.

·        Development and support on Smartforms, Module Pool, DDIC, TMG, Enhancements, RFC, Reports, BTE, Validations using GGB0, OOPs, BAPI, BADI, Workflow, BDC.

·        Capable of system design (table design and process) for new process in Exit paper, logistics module.

·        Analysis of production issues and suggestions for possible solutions

·        Programming skills with high performance optimization and less rework

·        Training for end users

·        Support functional consultant in issues

·        Basic functional knowledge in SD MM and logistics

·        Coordinating new projects related to SAP enhancements

·        Communicating with external service providers for SAP Projects and represent GAG point of contact for them.
