Sales Executive (Automotive Spare Parts

Experience: 3- 5 years of Parts Sales Experience (Japanese Brands) from a Trading environment
Location: Dubai

Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To achieve sales target on monthly basis

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.      Attend to walk-in customers-receive enquiries and providing quotation

2.      Receiving enquiries from overseas customers and sending quotes

3.      Prompt response to new customers provided by Asstt Branch Manager/Senior Manager

4.      Getting prices for various brands from Purchase Team

5.      Follow-up for order confirmation and sending proforma invoice

6.      Payment follow-up with customers

7.      Co-ordinating with Purchase team for arranging Parts from suppliers, on order confirmation

8.      Co-ordination with warehouse for packing

9.      Informing customer about material readiness and delivery instruction

10.   Informing warehouse about material delivery time and location

11.   Informing warehouse of delivery discrepancy and returns

12.   Collection of receivables from customers as per company norm
