- At least two (02) years of working experience in participating in the operation of a large scale bakery and production center including specialty cake decorating and pastry production.
- Assist the Head Baker in the daily operations
- Must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in baking and pastry at a culinary institute.
- Adeqate knowledge in Food Safety, Hygiene, HACCP standards of Dubai
