Experience: Atleast 1 year experience as Assitant Cook in a catering/hotel/restaurant

Summary of Responsibilities:
- Prepare cooking ingredients.
- Food preparation according to the Chef’s menu specifications.
- Complete mise en place prior to opening hours.
- Must have knowledge of HACCP, food and health safety regulations of UAE.
- Knowledge in Indian, Asian cuisine.
- Catering experience is mandatory.
